She’s also written about Yelp reviews and having a kid at the restaurant.

Coffee + Chairs
Eightfold Coffee partnered with @vitra for the installation of Café Prouvé, happening now through the summer. — When Paul first told me they were doing a furniture install at a coffee shop, my immediate thought was ‘Why isn’t anyone else doing this?’ Coffee shops are the perfect place to showcase furniture, so you can see how they actually function in the world. (Plus the girlies love to take pics at coffee shops, so you’re sort of guaranteed content…)
Vitra started issuing re-editions of Jean Prouvé’s designs in 2002 with close cooperation with the Prouvé family. The Tabouret Métallique Stools, Prouvé Standard Chair + Guéridon table are at Eightfold, Echo Park. More at their Arts District location too ;)

Instagram 101 for Restaurants
Dear Restaurants, You don’t necessarily need to hire a full time social media manager, but please, for the love of god, make sure your hours and location are in your bio!
I’m chronically scrolling through new spots to try, so naturally I’ve developed some opinions on what makes a restaurant’s social presence good — or simply good enough.
My thoughts…
